Wanted to report that I've had continuous problems with Speed Dial opening up with Windows 7 64 opening up without hanging. After updating Microsoft critical updates from 11-13-2012 (And there was a couple hundred MB of updates) I"ve been experiencing consistent Home page opening up to Speed Dial extension.
