I recently logged out of Netflix and when I tried to log back in I received the "Update Required" message.
Searching on useragents.me I used the latest Windows Desktop user agent for Chrome browser :Chrome 121.0.0, Windows 10/11
The user agent string: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/121.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
This user agent fixed my problem

Reviews of sharing user agent string adjustments can often resolve this issue and allow for a seamless login experience.

Re: Netflix: "Update Required"
Updating the user agent to the latest Chrome version is a great workaround for bypassing the "Update Required" issue on Netflix.
Re: Netflix: "Update Required"
Netflix's "Update Required" error can sometimes be bypassed by changing your browser's user agent. Using the latest Chrome Windows desktop user agent (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/121.0.0.0 Safari/537.36) effectively resolved the issue.2048 game
Re: Netflix: "Update Required"
Thank you, I had actually answered my own post I believe the next day. I was using an old agent that I pasted into my shortcut.
I changed the user user agent to (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/121.0.0.0 Safari/537.36) and it fixed the problem.
I have since then installed User Agent Switcher for Chrome and have been updating my user agents.
I am about ready to change to another browser though. I was having a problem logging into some other sites and I am getting tired of searching through user agents & clearing cookies until I find one that works
I am using the current Version 131.0.6650.1 on Windows 11 & version 109.0.5550.0 on another PC with Windows 8.1
