When I try to log in to PayPal via Iron version 69 on Windows 10, I get the error "Your Browser is out of date". I have seen other posts mentioning this problem on this forum but not yet seen an answer.
As in other posts PayPal is fine with Firefox but not with Iron.
Is there a fix for this issue?

I have got the same problem on two computers, one with Windows 7 and the other with Windows 8.1. Iron version 69.0.3600.0 on both of them, but the problem was already existing with 68.0.3550.0.

Re: Your browser is out of date when logging in to PayPal
I called PayPal support concerning this issue. They have no clue what it is about. They say that everything is running fine on there side. They receive the login request and give the corresponding response. Since the process is working with Internet Explorer it has to be an issue of the browser. They recommended to restart the router, which had - of course - no effect (the router resets the connection every night).
I cleared the cache, deleted all files in Windows temporary directory, and disabled all extensions - no effect.

I deinstalled Iron, deleted local user data directory, and ran CCleaner. Then I reinstalled Iron. No effect.

Re: Your browser is out of date when logging in to PayPal
Tuning in to this thread, as I have been having the same problem.
Thanks in advance for any efforts to figure this out.
I think I will also call PayPal customer support to ask the question on their end (can't hurt, might help?)
It will be a shame if I have to give up on SRWare Iron browser, but if this can't be resolved I don't think I can last long =(Arson Smith wrote:Having similar issue here - PayPal error message says "Your browser is outdated" & "It looks like you're using an older version of your browser. For the best possible experience on PayPal, please upgrade to the latest version."
I am on latest Windows 10 OS and using latest SRWare Iron browser ["Version 69.0.3600.0 (Official Build) (64-bit)"]
So what is the problem? I don't know.
PayPal has a test here: https://tlstest.paypal.com/
When I go to that test site I get message "PayPal_Connection_OK", which is supposed to mean that the browser *passed* the test...
So can anything be done?
Thanks in advance for any efforts to figure this out.

This is really strange because i have no problem on my side.
Could you test with a clean portable edition?

Same problem on my end. Have been using Iron 63, got the same error (Outdated Browser), upgraded to most recent 69. Error still there, also a test on a clean portable version shows the same.
