Problems with checkboxes and google account syncronization

Hi guys. I have some problems with checkboxes, they dissapear from time to time.

For example:

site free-lance.ru :





site yandex.ru:




Same thing with checkboxes happens in the google mail.
Also google account synchronization doesnt work for me as it has to... There r no desktop notifications about new mail or chat messages at all

OS Win XP SP3; Version of browser 12.0.750.0 (88000); Add-block and Browse Faster were installed but tried it twice with all add-ons switched off
