Re: New Iron-Version: 56.0.2950.0 Stable for Windows
when will you include the patch from "Advanced chrome" with ability to directly open file instead of "download"? (patch for source code: http://www.browser.taokaizen.com/ )
if you incorporate this feature, srware iron will be the best browser on earth

Re: New Iron-Version: 56.0.2950.0 Stable for Windows
Thanks for this latest update.
I'm using the installer to update and have a question : what means the option "compact installation" (vs full or custom installation) ?
I never saw this (new ?) option before (if I remember well).
Thanks for you time !

Compact is without (PPAPI) Flash. If you already have it, you can choose thisthrokr wrote:Thanks for this latest update.

Re: New Iron-Version: 56.0.2950.0 Stable for Windows
For some reason Iron 55 and 56 have not been loading for me. Either the installer or the portable. Iron comes up and just spins and will not load anything an eventually displays the crashed tab graphic. I just recently installed Emsisoft Internet Security but cannot find anywhere where this would be stopping it from loading. Google Chrome and Cent Browser both load fine.
Re: New Iron-Version: 56.0.2950.0 Stable for Windows
Hi,
After upgrading to version 56, Iron has a very strange behaviour on my PC:
I'm not able to access any URL begining with https://www.google.com!
It is very strange since I can access these URLs with IE or FF on the very same machine, and it is the only URL to not be accessible, instead I have the following error:

Re: New Iron-Version: 56.0.2950.0 Stable for Windows
A downgrade to v55 solves the problem. It is so definately a bug in v56.
Don't install v56 unless you don't need to access google

Re: New Iron-Version: 56.0.2950.0 Stable for Windows
I have the same problem as PifGadget. I can't access anything with Google. I downgraded to v55 and it's ok.
Re: New Iron-Version: 56.0.2950.0 Stable for Windows
I think that problem is related to Google who dropped sha1 certificate in Chrome v56.
