Streaming services not working (DRM issue)

I have been investigation why no streaming services work in SRWare Iron. This is a long-term issue, not bound to any specific version of Iron. I tested the following:

• Disney+ shows only black screen, using developer console (F12) and going around with Element picker, I can see an element with description "Unable to play media". This is the only streaming service that I can fix by forcing a different User agent, for example:

  Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/125.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

• HBO Max and now Max just shows a generic message that there was an error.
• Amazon Prime Video works but shows message "Your browser does not support High-Definition playback due to content restrictions" and the video is in SD resolution.
• SkyShowtime starts playing for about 1 second and then shows a generic error message.
• Netflix also doesn't work and shows a generic error message.
• Spotify plays any song for about 7 seconds and then the stream cuts off.

I am convinced that this is caused by a DRM issue. I thought having Widevine CDM installed is enough but apparently not. The strange thing is that Widevine DRM test videos work correctly (for example here and here). Over the months I started to believe that this is all because of Chromium and accepted that. However, recently I tried the Brave browser, that I have been using on Android, and over there all the streaming services just work. That means this is not caused by ma computer, firewall, or network. I also tested a freshly installed Iron without any of the addons and no joy.

I have been unable to determine what is the difference in this regard between Iron and Brave. Both use the same Widevine CDM addon (same version), both are based on Chromium. Is there any way to find out why this doesn't work in Iron? Any setting or log to view or anything?

Prioritizing user security and privacy is a welcome move. However, SRWare Iron should consider providing options for users who want to use DRM, such as a way to enable Widevine at will.

If possible, create a new user profile in Iron and see if the streaming services work correctly in the new profile. Thanks, I will try your suggestion. Although the extended CDM version is the same, there may be incompatibilities in other components of the browser. It makes sense to test whether the problem is caused by profile settings by creating a new user profile. Thank you again for your help.
