Linux: Compile Iron from source?

Hi!

I would like to build Iron from source on Linux, but I'm a little stuck after downloading the sources. I couldn't find a Makefile or configure or anything else that looked familiar for the main programme, so I followed the instructions for Chromium, but didn't get far with that, either
Could you post a short Howto on building Iron from the sources?
