When I access one website

This is a blog that has been neglected for a long time, my PC always occurred Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQAL and shut down.
I use Malware-bytes anti malware software, this soft judged this fc2.com has malware.
I fond this to see same site by Edge browser.
So I stop notice of malware-bytes for error.fc2.com.
My PC is Windows10 Pro version 1803 with insider preview.
May Windows insider preview have same memory problem but Iron also may have some bug.
