New Iron-Version: 66.0.3450.0 Stable for Windows

We released the new Iron 66 today, which contains all features and updates known from Chromium 66. The current version is 66.0.3450.0.

Main improvements:

Everything is working ok on my side with the 64-bit portable version on Windows 10 Pro.

For me, i just install it and the browser is pausing and freezing multiple times now, and my File Explorer (windows explorer) seems to be slowing down when using this. The last version work fine for me, until now with this new version. Going to reinstall to see if that fixes it and use other browsers since there still working .

Note: When closes off and restarting my file explore, it's seem to help it make it work normally for under a sec, then it just did the same pausing and freezing afterword.
And the browser was still active in my memory after when it was closed off.

Found the problem; it come from "Utility: Data Decoder Service" every time when this thing shows up the browser freezes. And also the 65 version was working for a day, until now when this thing showed up. Pleases fix this soon as possible.

How do I remove the annoying crapware tiles on the new tab? At a bit of a loss on this. If this version is wrecked, is there anyway to downgrade back to something in the v50s?
