Where do I put UA.ini under Linux

I give up, I tried everything. I tried the user $HOME, I tried Iron installation directory, I tried uppercase, I tried lowercase, nothing works

Is there some documentation somewhere that tells me where exactly do I put this file under Linux and what exactly do I name it?
