How do i trick websites to think i am on FF or Chrome?

I like this browser but how do i trick websites to think i am on FF or Chrome? Some will not allow me to use unless i am on IE, FF or chrome. I heard of this extension cold modheaders but unsure how to use or if it is the correct one.

I do like that option in Opera Browser. Works well on some sites that don't like to function as well as others.
