Have yet to try it but. Do 3rd party extensions work ?
And , How about ultimate chrome flag ?

Re: New Iron-Version: 31.0.1700.0 Stable for Windows
Don't know about the ultimate chrome flag, but extensions are probably a hit and miss thing. For me, Flash block and Adblock Plus were both broken. The flash applications were slow and draggy.bugman wrote:Have yet to try it but. Do 3rd party extensions work ?

My advice>> Keep Version 30, AND WHAT EVER YOU DO, *** DON'T *** open an existing profile with Version 31. Copy an existing profile, use it and see what happens for you.
There are reports here that the Portable version of 31 'works' cleanly. But, personally, I'm not willing to try it after spending last evening rebuilding my profile password DB files.
Re: New Iron-Version: 31.0.1700.0 Stable for Windows
That is exactly what I did. My passwords were still working when I updated to version 31, but when I went back to 30, all of my passwords had gone, and logging in on the websites that I use does not make the passwords stick in the forms and passwords manager, which remains empty. Does anyone know how I can get this functionality back?ironuser wrote:WHAT EVER YOU DO, *** DON'T *** open an existing profile with Version 31.

For this reason, if nothing else, I make backup copies of my profiles BEFORE an update, regardless of the software. If it has personal settings, it is backed up.Phonemes wrote:That is exactly what I did. Having said that, if you do not have a backup of the previous 'login data' file from your profile, you are most likely SOL!
I've seen this happen before(and not just with chromium). The chromium devs put their head in a dark place, and forget about a few things. And still have the nerve to call it 'Stable'.
I can't stress it enough>>> BACK UP , BACK UP, BACK UP!! before things change.

Hi Administrator.
It's the first time, the file debug.log has been created in C:\Program Files\SRWare Iron with this message:
[1206/210550:ERROR:client_util.cc(307)] Could not find exported function RelaunchChromeBrowserWithNewCommandLineIfNeeded
What's that?
TIA for your answer.
