HTML5 h.264 / mp4 support

Hello,
i just made the test at http://html5test.com, but with Iron I wont get h.264 codec or MP3 to work.

I know the codec wont come directly with Iron so I installed a Codec Pack (CCCP-Project) but it didnt change the test result. I really dont want to install Flash on my PC.
Any idea how I can get Iron to use the h.264 codec? Thanks for the help!
