А возможно ли как то отредактировать встроенное приложение "Интернет-магазин Chrome", что бы изменить адрес ссылки и открывался именно "Chrome Web store", а не "Iron Extensions"?

It is not possible. But you can create a bookmark in the bookmarks bar.
