Iron Config & backup tool does not work

I installed the latest version of Iron and was pleased to see a new icon "Iron Config and Backup Tool" on my desktop. So I ran it and liked what I saw. I tried the Backup Tool, but it does not work. I told it to save the backup in My Documents, named the file and clicked Start and nothing happens.
Why not?
I am running Windows Vista 64-Bit.
Does it ever work?

Could some one please help with solving this issue or remove it from the download and installer.

Hugo posted the work-a-round. Bascially, your path cannot have any spaces in it (i.e, C:temp is fine, but C:\Documents and Settings\... is not since there's space characters in the path.

Thank you however I tried that already. However using unix OS's I tried removing the C:\Program Files\SRWare Iron (64-Bit)\backup.7z before and after the file path and in doing so you can save the backup file any place you like. Thank you for making me look closer into this.
