Update:
Works "out of the box" with Iron 49. Please upgrade.


Sadly Netflix blocks Iron and other alternative browsers at the moment. If you want to change this - you may tell the Netflix support that you use Iron and want to have Netflix by default on it. But there is a hack to make it possible right now nevermind:

1) Update to the current Iron 48.0.2550.2 if you don't have already.

2) Start the "Iron "Config and Backup" Tool. You find it on your Desktop or in the Start Menu

3) Go To "UserAgent", clean the edit box and enter: 4) Create the Shortcut and launch Iron with it (close active windows before)


PS: After the first start of the browser the DRM-Stuff for the Videos must be loaded. This can take a few minutes. So be patient if it not works after a few seconds.

I can confirm, that Netflix works great with the new version and a Useragent from a supported Browser

You can do the same thing as told in the tutorial with the IronPortableConfig Tool, too. It will keep the created shortcut link portable!
