Wrong mouse

After im update from 39 to 43-44 at some pages, when im scroll page down, mouse start working incorrect. Activating zone of mouse is stay at point, its not get down with page. I mean, after scrolling down, if i want to click link, im must move mouse below the link (trying to catch it).
How i can fix it?
