No sound on youtube with new Iron

Hello
I have a weird problem with the browser
On Son Pc he have no sound with this video and others sometimes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UMGPh-u ... 34271DA453
On my pc I have the sound with no problem
We have the same extensions installed
I try to clean the cache, cookies ..
But on son oc it working well with IE explorer????
But Always no sound on son pc
Son Windows 7 nvidia card
Me Windows 8.1 both 64 bits ati R9 card
