The worstest features in iron@34

Hello!
I've updated my Iron to version 34.0.1850.0 and..
-"new tab" have 50% smaller preview icons (compare with 2x iron versions)
-to see 10 last links i must havigate in menu instead of new tab and 2 simple clicks how was before
-external links (in mail client, in skype, in teamspeak) doesn't open on click in Iron (i must copy).
As good - i liked new F12 console. Little overloaded but more usability.
Please, tell me what can i do to solve the problems instead of downgrade? Downgrade (back to 29) not a problem, it will only take time.
