Hi, I had to reinstall computer because it crashed and stopped booting. Fortunately I was able to backup my user folder before reinstallation. But if I copy AppData\Local\Chromium folder from backup to new profile I do not have my settings, extensions etc. back. Is there any way to do this?

As far as I know, everything in your User Profile should be contained in the directory:
\appdata\local\chromium\user data\default
