Remove Yandex search service for Ukraine

Hello!
All Yandex services are blocked in Ukraine since 2017.
Iron still uses Yandex search as default for Ukrainian users. Getting ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT errors is not the best experience for new users.
Also, even when you change the default search engine in browser settings, search field on New Tab page always uses Yandex.
Please fix this.
