Can't save downloaded files

Whenever I try to download anything (or print to an XML file or PDF) I get an error saying that the file I'm trying to create doesn't exist. This happens every time! I even have to download Iron updates using another browser. Is there a way to fix this? I'm on Windows 10 and have the current version of Iron (although I've been having this problem for at least the last two versions).
