Why Linux versions are so alte

Why linux versions come so late ? If you really love Open-source ,then Linux version should come First,then Mac and at the end Windows.Or at least it should be close to windows version.I had to wait for buggier v15 linux and you have not uploaded the upddate 900.2 yet.
