We released the new Iron 14 today, which contains all features and updates known from Chromim 14. The current version is 14.0.850.0.

Main improvements:
- many security fixes
- improved Performance
- Web Audio API
- Native Client (see bewlow)

Theoretically "Native Client" (the ability to run compiled code in the browser) is integrated in the Chromium 14 package. Even if you get asked if you want to run code and the queries are running in a sandbox, there are still serious concerns (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Nat ... troversies) in terms of security and privacy. Therefore we want to integrate this technology not yet firmly in Iron, pending the first practice reports. Anyone who wants to test it anyway can download the needed files (http://srware.net/downloads/nacl.zip) and unzip them to the Iron folder.

OK, got it ,and installed.
Seems to be a bit slower starting than previous. But I'll reserve full judgement until after I start fresh later.
Otherwise, after start, it seems to be faster than the 13's!

Thank you for the update SRWare.

I think I will not be using the Native Client though - Sounds like more ways to weaken Chromium and exploiting users to me especially at such an early stage. Hope it does not become fully integrated.

Has this version been patched for BEAST (blockwise chosen-plaintext attack against SSL)?

Hi, I've installed iron 14 and when I ran a webgl experiment I got an error message that d3dcompiler_43.dll not found, any help ?

14.0.850.0 looking good so far.
