Hello. I use Iron 13.0.800.1 and when I right-click anywhere in the browser, the menu simply freezes and the entire browser becomes unresponsive. It returns to normal when I minimise/maximise it. I have Ad-block and Click&Clean installed. Any ideas?

Disable the extensions and see if that helps.
