Smooth Gestures in Iron

I'm trying to install Smooth Gestures v.0.15.4.2 in the latest Iron v.13.0.800.0 Portable and it fails all the time.
Do you guys see this too?
Smooth Gestures v.0.15.4 on previous version of Iron (v.12.0.750.0) runs fine...
Iron Portable is here. I usually run it in single-process mode. But the installation fails even without it.
