SSL 3 / TLS 1.0 no HTTPS

When I check the two options (SSL 3 and TLS 1.0 )under options - advance - HTTPS / SSL, I can not get into HTTPS web pages like Gmail and other but if I only chek SSL 3 SRWare Iron work fine and if I just check TLS 1.0 HTTPS not charge again.
I think this is not well, or yes?
