According to the official Win64 build instructions of Chromium at http://www.chromium.org/developers/how- ... ns-windows, it seems that the source is fully compilable targeting a 64 bit CPU.

Now that there exists Flash and Javas for x64, as well as native Firefox x64, would be nice if you could also build Iron for Win64.

It does not compile yet in x64 Mode. This instructions are just for future versions that may will build.
