I have a fresh, now installed Windows 7, a new Iron browser, no extensions, and when I click on the random content of different pages, I have occasional pop-up ads tabs . Does anyone know, is it an Iron accident?

My experience with every version of Iron (I haven't used any other version in about three years) is that even though I have, under chrome://settings/content, Pop-ups set to Blocked, some web pages still manage to pop open a new tab containing ads, and some even a new window.
