Crashes when watching video sites are driving me crazy!

I'm a member of Megavideo, and it crashes the browser continuously! Then I have to sit and wait for the video to reload to the point where I stopped watching. This is getting very annoying. I can't, for some reason, use Megavideo with Firefox, so I'm stuck using this browser or IE, which has NO decent ad blocker.
Plus, on some sites, ads play the video, even though AdThwart blocks the video. This is insane!

Now it just crashes for no reason. Why won't someone give me a solution to this? I have had 6 crashes today. I know that it crashes when running a flash site, and when running Seesmic Desktop, but now it's crashing in Facebook. This is the only browser that I can watch Megavideo with, because FF won't recognize my login, no matter what I do, and nobody over at FF forums will give me an answer on that either.
I swear, I'm ready to buy a frigging Mac!

What version of Flash do you have on the "about:plugins" page?
