Making Iron default browser in Windows 7 64-bit

Any advice? I really need to do this and I haven't been able to. I've tried installing as admin, no good. I've tried changing the default through Windows, and Iron isn't listed as a choice (all my other installed browsers--IE, FF, chrome, opera,--are listed.

Any way to fix this through the registry? I've googled the topic and haven't found the answer.

Thanks.

Well, what worked for me is running Iron as an admin (right click on the iron shortcut in the startmenu and choose run as admin) and then setting it as default browser in the options menu in Iron.

Did you run the original installer as Admin?
