Please delete all extensions and then reinstall them - that should work:
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Chromium\User Data\Default\Extensions

Bookmarks are saved at:
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Chromium\User Data\Default\Bookmarks

You should nevermind generally save your profile regular via the Config & Backup Tool
