Confirming that I was just unknowingly downloading 43 over and over again until I found the archived versions.
Issue is fixed on 42 (although the latest version of flash was not supported - easily fixed from the forum thread)

With this version, I have to login to my Google account most time when I start the Iron browser. My problem started with the previous version (42) but at that time, I had to login about once every week. I use only the 64-bit portable version. This is a strange problem for me!

agree, like a "sandbox in every tab/process" that make a RAM hog, then solutions?

Need to install the PPAPI version of Flash Player. Instead of doing the default flow at Adobe's Flash installer interface, you need to choose need flash player for different OS. Then you choose Operating System, and then chose PPAPI (which is both a more secure version of Flash plugin and it's Chrome friendly which means it's SR Iron friendly).
