New Iron-Version: 131.0.6650.1 Stable for Mac is STILL a damaged dmg........
Is
sudo xattr -rds com.apple.quarantine Iron.app

Even I have the same problem. After installation I get an error that Iron.app is damaged and is asking me to moving it to Trash, no other option/Way to run the app. Did not get the GateKeeper Option.
I reverted back to previous version 126.0.6400.0 and using it now.
I cannot find the previous version TO install it....
I just wish they'd FIX the new one!
