Da im englischen Forum unbeantwortet auch im deutschen Forum nochmal dieselbe Frage:

Kann es sein, dass die Version von Iron und die der resources.pak aus NewTabWithoutSearch.zip nicht zusammen passen? Iron ist bei 80.0.4150.1 und die resources.pak noch bei 80.0.4150.0. Gerade nochmal runtergeladen und probiert.

Das könnte einige der beschriebenen Probleme hier erklären...

The browser logo is really ugly, and it is recommended to redesign it to be more young, dynamic and positive.
