Looking for non-Apps versions

Hello, I am looking for the latest version of Iron that doesn't include Apps.
I hate that new Apps category on my New Tab page, and hiding it just doesn't cut it for me.
I WANT IT COMPLETELY ABSENT FROM MY BROWSER.

So can someone give me a link to the latest version of Iron that doesn't include Apps & won't automatically upgrade to a version that does have it?
Portable & non-portable if possible. Thanks!

I'm guessing that the apps thing is part of the chromium code, and the Iron folks don't go that far with removing Google things from the Iron versions.
Too bad, I thought they looked closer at what of Google was removed from Iron.
If you don't mind losing the other things on a new tab page, try the Incognito mode. No apps, no thumbnails.

Yeah I have requested this feature removed before too, its like a next gen mobile phone preloaded with loads of third party crap just waiting for an unfortunate click. Doesn't quite fit in with my idea of what Iron is about at all.
