I found that it is set to %LocalAppData%\Chromium\User Data by default, but if I install Chromium at the same time, there will be conflicts, and I find that other Chromium-based browsers didn't put user data in Chromium\User Data, so put it in %LocalAppData%\Iron\User Data is much better.
