3 Issues with Iron since I installed version 73

Iron 73.0.3800.0 x64 setup install, ABP + WebRTC + Tampermonkey extensions
OS: Windows 10

Issue 1
Installing a Jscript prompts for a download depsite having Tampermonkey to handle the script install.

My settings were similar in Iron version 71 portable and it never prompted for a download back then.

Issue 2
After facing issue 1, closing the browser (even hours later) prompts for me to cancel ongoing downloads. No download is ongoing in the download section.

Issue 3
Third party cookies are allowed but after closing the browser, sites ask me to log in again. My settings were similar in Iron version 71 portable and it worked fine back then.
This issue impacts OpenID login, cookies, prompts for agreements and content settings/preferences.

Issue 3 is resolved ==> Ccleaner routine had one incorrect Chrome cleaning parameter

Issues 1 & 2 remain unsolved.
