Iron 7 portable Bizarre...

When I click on the *.exe of iron 7 portable to open it, I saw some strange stuff with comodo personnal free firewall.
Iron want to modify
"HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings"
and
"HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft"
in the windows registry,
and it wanted to install a global hook on "dwmapi.dll"

Why a portable application want to modify some windows files ?
I won't use iron potable 7 before getting an answer, I'm a parano geek !
