Whoops, something went wrong...
Missing Component
We cannot find all the required components to play Netflix on this device. Please visit chrome://components, locate the WidevineCdm component, and click the "Check for update" button.

I also checked to make sure Woodvine is enabled in chrome://plugins
Still doesn't work.

Nope...still doesn't work...I deleted SRWare Iron from Applicastions folder. Then re-downloaded iron-mac64.zip and copied it to Applications folder and launched it. I still get this error message:
Whoops, something went wrong...

"Check for update" still doesn't work. Still shows:

Re: New Iron-Version: 55.0.2900.0 Stable for MacOS
Hi,
I'm experiencing the exact same issue. When I go to Netflix I get the exact same error and when I try to update "Widevine Content Decryption Module - Version: 1.4.8.903", it returns with "Status - No update". Widewine is enabled in plugins.
Tried the steps of deleting app and reinstalling but still the same issue.
Is there a fix for this or are we going to have to roll back to previous version?
Thanks!

Re: New Iron-Version: 55.0.2900.0 Stable for MacOS
Hello, same issue here with amazon video and widevine. Widevine is activated though, checked it in 'plugins'. When checking the components:
Widevine Content Decryption Module - Version: 1.4.8.903,
Status - Kein Update (-> no update)
Nach Updates suchen (-> search for updates).
When i do click the 'search for updates' button, the status just changes to 'component not updated', no other options, nothing happens. Hmm. Tried a bug fix from some other forum involving the rights management of the folder where the plugin is located, didn't work. Neither did any restart (app or computer) attempt. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Re: New Iron-Version: 55.0.2900.0 Stable for MacOS
Unfotunately had to switch back to Version 53.0.2800.0 (64-bit). This older version works with Netflix. No problems. Once I switch to 55.0.2900.0, Netflix fails to play videos.
