Yes. I checked this folder and found Info.plist:

Please redownload the file. Maybe you got an older version.

Perfect! After downloading your link. I unzipped and noticed you have the Flash installer as well. Ran it and Ran the Iron installer.
Still didn't work. Then did a search of all instances of Iron installs on my system and deleted every one of them. Then made sure there's only one instance and now it's working! Thank you so much for your prompt replies and persistant! Great support!

Not working. SRWare Iron refuses to load the plugin. I have click to play enabled, and whenever I select "right click > run plugin" nothing happens and it prints this VERY obscure and non helpful error to console, IF it even prints an error at all.

[32306:32306:0315/190123:ERROR:ppapi_thread.cc(328)] Failed to load Pepper module from /usr/local/lib/libpepperflash.so (error: /usr/local/lib/libpepperflash.so: cannot open shared object file: Operation not permitted)

And it gives absolutely no other debug output other then that when run from terminal. The file permissions are set right, and I even tried making the .so file executable but it made no difference. I grabbed the file from Adobe's site, the download for Chromium, extracted it, and copied the library to libpepperflash.so in /usr/local/lib and passed the --ppapi-flash-path=/usr/local/lib/libpepperflash.so command line option. I'v never seen any error like it, I mean I'v seen "cannot open shared object file: File not found" before but never "Operation not permitted". I'm assuming incorrect config or a bug in either Iron or my system itself.

A Flash application that has DRM is needed to be used, aka Hulu. Why in the name of.... flash based DRM, of all things? That aside... It worked fine on regular Google Chrome, but as you know the 32 bit release is dead now, therefore I switched to Iron. I am very happy with it in all other ways and quite like the customizable start page. :ironvschrome

I have no other option but to get flash working on Iron. Am I missing some other library?

Adobe offers no PPAPI Flash for Linux. Please follow the tutorial at the beginning of this thread

That's strange.... the download page clearly said Chrome and Linux. I think it's the right file.

If not, Adobe's site has got a major problem and it gave me the NPAPI version instead.

Where can I get the flash player besides where the tutorial stated? It only explains how to get the file from the 64 bit version.
My distro (Knoppix) does not offer Flash in it's repos and there's no 32 bit Chrome anymore. I need the 32 bit version.
Someone have a copy of the file to send me?

I'm using the portable 64 bit Windows version of Iron.

Following worked for me when everything else didn't make flashplayer show up inside installed plugins.

1. Open the flag settings page by sending your browser to "chrome://flags" alt "about:flags" in the address field.

2. In make it easier to find whats preferred while inside above settings, use the search function. Hit the hamburger and choose "Find"

3. Try to get to this setting underneath and change it temporarily for something else than default. Nothing more than "PPAPI" has to be written in order to get there.

Enable PPAPI Win32k Lockdown. Windows
Specify the PPAPI plugins which will be run within the Win32k lockdown sandbox policy. #enable-ppapi-win32k-lockdown

Imagine it might work only the setting uses one of the following settings; "Flash only" alt "Flash and PDF" or "All plugins"
I've switched mine temporarily to "Flash and PDF" and it made the trick.

4. Now go on with installing flashplayer once again after the change has been done and the browser has been restarted.

PPAPI Installers for Windows can be downloaded from the bottom of this page, it should be the latest version.
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb ... ndows.html

5. Don't forget switching back the setting to default when finished, if it now makes a difference for the safety, which I don't know.

These steps made it possible for me to see that flashplayer had been installed successfully in "about:plugins" and to using flash content like normally at webpages which I wasn't able to do before until I did this.
