У меня х32 обновилась без проблем. Можно просто перенести свой профиль в новую папку с распакованным браузером, а старую удалить. Ну или удалить в старой папке всё, кроме профиля и перекинуть туда новые айрон.

тоже так делал не помогло, надо сделать бы разработчикам функцию автообновления как в chrome)
