How do I update iron (normal version) without losing all my data? 
I tried updating by using the installer, but when I launched iron after the update, all my data was gone....
So I am using iron portable right now.....
But anyway, how to update iron (normal version) without losing data?
Also, where is the profile folder of the normal iron version located?
