Remocal of Cookies Customization

Why was cookie customization removed (Cookies and other site data->Customized behaviors)? The ability to control the sites which cookies are allowed and for how long is a very important feature. It is still available in Chrome and Firefox

I know I'm having to use other browsers because I can't clear cookies for particular sites.

Sorry, found the answer. The cookies settings are moved to:

chrome://settings/content/siteData
