Crushing after start

Hello! Macbook Air M2, MacOS 13.2 - Iron 108 ARM crushing after start, his windows appears just for a second. Before this version I have 104 or 105 - it is ok.
If i try to full uninstall and install after without sync or backup - it's ok. But why it doesn't working with my acc?
