New Iron-Version: 97.0.4950.0 Stable for Linux

We released the new Iron for Linux 97 today, which contains all features and updates known from Chromium 97. The current version is 97.4950.0.

Main improvements:
- Sidebar
- minor improvements
- Bug-/Securityfixes

You can install the deb package on the command line with

Code: Select all

1. Open Terminal
2. cd  ... (replace ... with the folder into which you have downloaded iron)
3. sudo dpkg -i iron64.deb
or with "GDebi" via the GUI.

You can launch the "Config and Backup Tool" via ./IronConfigBackup or via the Shell as "SRWare Iron Config and Backup Tool" under Networks

WebRTC can be disabled by our extension: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=11893

Iron is no longer remembering my passwords and no longer even asking me to save them.

I have done a total reset of my browser and, regrettably, erased my entire data directory and started entirely from scratch like it's a new computer. It still won't even ask to save website passwords.

Has this feature been removed?

Hi I see that Windows version is out wondered when a new Linux version was coming, I see that Google Chrome has a new version to patch some vulnerabilities?
