Still buggy

I have to keep going back to version 91.0.4650.0 to get complete stability.
Two issues that the latest has, and there are more issues, but here are just two. If you set your home page to bing.com, it will not load. Second issue, if you click on a hyper link to down load a program from a website, it wont start down loading, you have to right click and save as to start down loading.
Are there new coders working at SRWare now that dont test builds? I ask that because I am on the third build that is buggy.
