New Iron-Version: 90.0.4600.0 Stable for Linux

We released the new Iron for Linux 90 today, which contains all features and updates known from Chromium 90. The current version is 90.4600.0.

Main improvements:
- FLOC disabled
- performance improvements
- address bar will use https:// by default
- minor improvements
- Bug-/Securityfixes

For sync, please follow the instructions: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=62308

You can install the deb package on the command line with

Code: Select all

sudo dpkg -i iron64.deb
or with "GDebi" via the GUI.

You can launch the "Config and Backup Tool" via ./IronConfigBackup or via the Shell as "SRWare Iron Config and Backup Tool" under Networks

WebRTC can be disabled by our extension: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=11893

Something very, very wrong with the 64-bit Iron 90 .deb. It won't install, it won't extract, you can't do anything with it.

Also; what's with the tarballs now? It just appears to be a giant shell-script...???? Again, I can't do anything with it....

Try to re-download it. If install fails, try with

sudo dpkg -i iron64.deb
