some sites seem to work, and some doesnt, that worked before.

After clean installation of win 7 pro sp1 with all updates
Clean installation of Iron-Version: 77.0.4000.0 using file: IronPortable64.zip

NewTabWithoutSearch is not working. Open New tab or New window stil shows the search box

The latest fix did not work
