please fix bug with proxy pac files
they dont work

Options:
More Tools> Create Shortcut> Create

When I create a shortcut to the website I'm currently on, using above method, the shortcut appears on my Desktop just fine, but, but when I click it, I get an error prompt that says:
Windows is searching for chrome_proxy.exe
..and it can't find it, so the shortcut does not work or open iron.

Does this shortcut create function work for anyone else? ..or is this a bug?

Windows 7 Pro, x86

I see it does work for my previous build v72.0.3750.0, but when I updated it to this new build today - it does not work now
